All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds. Beauxotica, LLC reserves the right to refuse all returns. If you experience issues with your purchase, please fill out our contact form and we will work to create a resolution.
If your products arrived damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We request photographs of the damaged products be sent to email@example.com. Once reviewed and approved, we will provide a prepaid UPS shipping label to return the defective products and new products will be shipped promptly.
We do not offer exchanges at this time.

All trade show purchases and giveaways are final sale only. Under no circumstance will we accept returns or exchanges for any products that were purchased at a trade show or part of a promotional giveaway.
